Joseph Brown

Lead Vocal Coach and Co-founder

Joe is co-founder of Speech Bubble Drama.  He is a professional actor and vocal coach and has worked with many inclusive and accessible companies working with children, young people and adults with additional support needs.  He is a graduate of Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance and played Malcolm in the touring production of Macbeth with the National Theatre in 2018. He is an enthusiastic campaigner for positive representation of disability in the arts and media.

Stephanie McGregor

Vocal Coach

Steph is a graduate of Rose Bruford College and the Scottish Contemporary Dance School, theatre actor, dancer and vocal coach with over ten years’ experience in working with children and young people in mainstream theatre school.  She is a regular contributor to Bard in the Botanics in Glasgow, taking the role of Rosalind in 2019’s As You Like It, and was a member of the original cast of Glasgow Girls.

Lauren Clark

Vocal Coach

Lauren is a writer, trained singer and actor and has performed in musicals, theatre and films across the UK as well as working behind the scenes on productions with CBeebies and Netflix. Lauren has worked with Cameron Mackintosh Ltd’s Educational Department; delivering children’s theatre workshops in London’s West End. She is passionate about all things voice and drama and is thrilled to be bringing her professional experience to Speech Bubble’s fantastic drama classes!

Kirsty Elia McIntyre

Vocal Coach

Kirsty trained at East 15 Acting School in Acting & Community Theatre. As well as being a tutor at Speech Bubble she has been a tutor with Edinburgh Acting School for several years, and run workshops for the Lyceum Theatre, LYT, and INSPIRE Project (Cutting Edge Theatre). Recent theatre performances include ‘The Myth of the Singular Moment’ (Tortoise in a Nutshell/Jim Harbourne), ‘The Arrival’ (Solar Bear), and ‘Glory on Earth’ (RLTC). Film/TV include ‘The Last Bus‘, ‘A View From the Terrace: Project Unicorn’, and BBC Ideas. She has also recorded several Audio Books for the RNIB amongst other voice over work.
